Takuya Arata is a 24 years old trench-coat-wearing-wooden-pipe-smoking-mind-bending-case-solving-super-awesome-(and-handsome)-detective who has been moved to work at the District of Nori, in order to solve various cases, as well as finding the identity of a mysterious criminal known as Mr. D. Set in post-apocalyptic Japan.
